We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Account Executive to manage and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns
- Track account performance and identify opportunities for growth or upselling
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Requirements
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Basic understanding of business processes and customer lifecycle
- B.Com/B.Tech/BCA/M.Com/M.Tech Graduate only
