About the Role
The role involves achieving sales targets, market mapping, and developing new customer relationships while promoting Godrej Energy Solutions - sandwich busduct in the domestic market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Target
- Map & target new customers/Projects/Expansions in coordination with Consultants/Customers.
- Identify and appoint Channel Partners across India
- Promote Godrej sandwich busduct in Domestic market and empanel our product with consultants, Contractors & customers
- Clear understanding on customer requirements, effectively pursue, make proposals, and close the order.
- Carry out effective Sales promotional activities.
- Updated information on Competitors, Pricing, Products, and business development activities
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Execution and operational / Financial closure of Projects
- Active participation in all activities related to IMS, Business Excellence, PMO and Kaizen within the department
Qualifications
- Essential: Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- Preferred: Dip or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Sandwich Busduct in Domestic Market
- Knowledge of Sandwich Busduct and its application.
- Tendering knowledge in both technical and commercial
- Willing to travel extensively in designated territory
- Good communication & Negotiation Skills
- Networking and relationship management with client.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities
Preferred Skills
- Technically sound
- Able to work in demanding environment and self-motivated
- Familiar with Sandwich Busduct product
- AutoCAD / Solid works etc
- Experience in sales
- Busduct Installation and Commissioning
