1. Safe Driving

• Operate the bus safely on designated routes
• Follow traffic rules, signals, and road safety regulations
• Maintain control of the vehicle in all conditions (traffic, weather, road quality)

2. Passenger Transport

• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops
• Ensure passenger safety during boarding, travel, and exiting
• Assist elderly, disabled, or children when necessary

3. Time Management

• Follow scheduled routes and timings
• Avoid unnecessary delays while maintaining safety
• Report delays due to traffic or emergencies

4. Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance

• Perform daily checks (brakes, tires, lights, fuel, engine condition)
• Keep the bus clean inside and outside
• Report mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly

5. Documentation

• Maintain trip sheets, logbooks, and fuel records
• Check permits, insurance, and registration documents
• Record passenger counts (if required)

• Handle emergencies like accidents or breakdowns calmly
• Ensure evacuation of passengers if needed
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents

7. Route Knowledge

• Be familiar with assigned routes, stops, and alternative paths

• Adjust routes during roadblocks or traffic issues
