Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus on designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and passenger counts.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus interior.
Skills and Qualifications
- Valid or expired UAE commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with passengers and staff.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of bus operations and maintenance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
