Bus Captain

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Captain to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in transportation. The Bus Captain will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, ensuring their comfort, and providing excellent customer service during their journeys.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely transportation of passengers to their destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment for passengers.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to passenger inquiries and concerns.
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, especially those with disabilities or special needs.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents that occur.

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage time effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge of buses for troubleshooting purposes.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to assist passengers as needed.
