Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume recruitment for international BPO roles (customer service, technical support, back-office, etc.). Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, ensuring cultural and skill fit.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to promote roles and engage potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and promoting the companys brand.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience:Minimum 1 year in bulk recruitment (preferably BPO or international process).
- Education:Undergraduate degree required. MBA-HR freshers are eligible to apply.
- Skills
- Proficient with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in virtual and in-person interviews.
