Key Responsibilities1. Business Expansion- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and HoReCa partners
- Expand presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Drive market penetration in existing and new cities
2. Key Account Management- Manage relationships with key platforms and distributors
- Ensure smooth execution of POs, timely deliveries, and stock availability
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution
3. Sales & Revenue Growth- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Drive primary and secondary sales
- Improve order values (MOV) and optimize margins
4. Market Intelligence- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
- Provide insights for product positioning and expansion strategy
5. Coordination & Operations- Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams
- Ensure timely dispatches and resolve inwarding or delivery issues
- Monitor stock levels and reduce OOS situations
Requirements- Experience: 3–6 years in FMCG / Beverage / Startup ecosystem
- Strong network in distribution and retail channels
- Experience with Quick Commerce platforms is highly preferred
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple cities/accounts
