Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Company: Toyo Kombucha

Location: Delhi (HQ) + Travel as required

Key Responsibilities1. Business Expansion
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and HoReCa partners
  • Expand presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Drive market penetration in existing and new cities
2. Key Account Management
  • Manage relationships with key platforms and distributors
  • Ensure smooth execution of POs, timely deliveries, and stock availability
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and issue resolution
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Drive primary and secondary sales
  • Improve order values (MOV) and optimize margins
4. Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Provide insights for product positioning and expansion strategy
5. Coordination & Operations
  • Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams
  • Ensure timely dispatches and resolve inwarding or delivery issues
  • Monitor stock levels and reduce OOS situations
Requirements
  • Experience: 3–6 years in FMCG / Beverage / Startup ecosystem
  • Strong network in distribution and retail channels
  • Experience with Quick Commerce platforms is highly preferred
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple cities/accounts
