This is a full-time on-site Business Development Executive role located in Chennai. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and managing accounts. Additional duties include working collaboratively with internal teams to develop proposals, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and staying informed about the latest industry trends to drive growth.

• Proven ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying and securing business opportunities
• Strong experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
• A solid understanding of business strategies and a results-driven mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the engineering consulting or oil and gas industry is a plus
