Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development professional will identify and qualify new leads, build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients, and promote the company's immigration, work visa, and study abroad services to individuals and partner organizations. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, meetings, events, and digital channels; understanding client goals; and recommending suitable programs and services. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, recruitment partners, and corporate clients, as well as collaborating with internal counseling and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. The individual will also track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute to market research, campaign planning, and revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion of inquiries into confirmed clients.
  • Client relationship management capabilities, with a focus on consultative selling, needs analysis, and long-term account nurturing.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration and education options in clear, simple language.
  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in immigration, overseas education, and international employment trends; prior experience in a similar domain is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and prepare concise sales and performance reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of integrity, transparency, and customer-centric mindset, aligned with non-misleading and compliant advisory practices.
  • Proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi and/or additional languages is a plus.
