Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily technical operations and ensure smooth site functioning
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues for resolution
  • Ensure availability of essential materials like electrical, plumbing, and carpentry supplies
  • Coordinate with landlord and compliance teams for fire, safety, and statutory regulations
  • Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely service delivery
  • Track and resolve facility issues through ticketing systems
  • Support preparation of weekly and monthly reports on maintenance and operations
  • Monitor M&E systems including maintenance contracts and spare parts usage
  • Assist in identifying energy-saving and cost optimization opportunities
  • Support finance-related tasks including billing, invoicing, and budget adherence
  • Handle procurement activities including quotations, indents, and material supply
  • Ensure zero stock-out situations for critical materials
  • Participate in emergency response, evacuation, and business continuity procedures
  • Maintain client and stakeholder communication for service satisfaction
  • Support health and safety documentation and compliance reporting
