Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance of buildings, including tenancy and arrears management.
Lead and manage the operations team to maintain and manage property and facilities effectively.
Supervise and assess the quality of work performed by team members and vendors.
Ensure full compliance with contractual specifications, service level agreements, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Address tenant/client feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Analyse operational data and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Prepare management reports, review contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Conduct periodic reviews and updates of work instruction manuals.
