Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Building Cost Estimator. The Building Cost Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed project cost estimates. The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 2-3 Year Experience in preparation of BOQ and Estimates
- Proficiency in Cost Management and Project Estimation.
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project requirements and predicting financial outcomes.
- Experience in Budgeting and Cost Control to monitor and manage project expenses effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software for cost estimation and project management is a plus.
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in civil engineering is preferred.
