Job Summary

The Construction Supervisor leads daily site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and safely. They coordinate communication among site workers, project managers, and contractors while ensuring compliance with building standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure timely and efficient project progress
• Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards on site
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between site workers, project managers, and external contractors
• Monitor work performance and resolve operational issues to maintain project schedules
• Implement safety protocols and conduct site inspections to minimize risks and hazards
• Report project status and escalate concerns to senior management as needed
