Remote Teams IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, is the offshore extension of Remote Teams Pty Ltd, Australia. We provide project coordination, engineering, estimation, drafting, and operational support services to Australian businesses in the construction and manufacturing industries.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Construction Project Coordinator with 2–4 years of experience in residential and commercial building construction projects.
The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, client communication, administration, estimating support, and overall project management while working closely with Australian clients and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating construction projects.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
- Maintain project records, trackers, and communication logs.
- Assist with estimating, procurement, administration, and accounts-related tasks.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and provide project updates.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with Australian clients.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
