Remote Teams IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is the Hyderabad-based offshore extension of Remote Teams Pty Ltd, Australia. We provide construction estimation, engineering, drafting, and business support services to Australian clients.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Construction Estimator to join our construction estimation team supporting Australian residential and commercial building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Develop material, labour, and project cost estimates.
- Estimate all building trades including structural, architectural, civil, MEP, and finishes.
- Support tender submissions and project costing.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and delivered on time.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction estimation.
- Strong ability to read construction drawings.
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with Australian projects is an advantage.
