Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans
• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on drawings and project scope
• Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs
• Monitor project expenses and track budget performance
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers
• Maintain cost databases for reference and analysis
• Generate periodic cost reports and financial summaries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical – Mechanical preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in budgeting or cost estimation
• Strong knowledge of costing techniques and estimation methods
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience Required:

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects
• Understanding of contracts, tendering, and procurement processes
