About Us

Certified Listeners Society (CLS) is an international non-profit organization with Canadian roots, now expanding its operations through CLS India. Our mission is to build digital platforms that support emotional wellness and fundraising at scale. As part of our India-based team, you will help develop a Fundraising Donor Website and enhance two Bubble apps that are key to our global initiatives.

Role Overview

This is not a typical development role.

You will be responsible for implementing a pre-defined system built by our Product Lead. Your role is execution — not system design.

You will work directly with the Product Lead to build a gamified fundraising system (₹0 → ₹500 → ₹5K progression) inside Bubble.

Key Responsabilities

• Implement a pre-defined system using Bubble.io (no independent redesign)
• Build and connect workflows for:
• Donation flow
• User progression (₹0 → ₹500 → ₹5K)
• Entry/state logic (pending / active / reserved)
• Develop and complete the donor experience (C page) based on defined specs
• Integrate APIs, payment systems, and backend workflows
• Ensure all features match exact product specifications
• Test and validate workflows against defined logic before delivery
• Document implementation clearly

Execution Rules (Critical

• Follow Product Lead specs exactly
• No assumptions, no interpretation
• If anything is unclear → ask before building
• Do not redesign flows, UI, or logic independently

Requierments

• 3+ years hands-on Bubble.io experience
• Proven experience building full-scale applications (frontend + backend)
• Strong understanding of:
• Bubble database structure
• Workflows and custom states
• API integrations and payment systems
• Ability to execute detailed specs without deviation
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (English)

Preferred

• Experience with Stripe, Razorpay, UPI
• Experience with high-conversion systems (fundraising, e-commerce, etc.)
• Comfortable working under strict product direction
