HR leadership role
Working with an industry leader

Job Description

Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, engagement, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all employee categories.
Lead HR projects including technology upgrades, M&A integration, GPTW certification, and policy development.
Strengthen employee experience through handbooks, townhalls, and leadership communication forums.
Deliver strategic HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Confidential HR should have:

Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with more than 15 years of organisational experience
Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements for a large diversified work force of 2000 employees
Experience in HR business partnership, performance management, Compliance management, project management
Strong organisational and communication skills.
An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
