Key Responsibilities
- Lead Sales and Marketing operations for the Acute and Multispecialty segment
- Manage a business volume of INR 370 Crores with a field force of approximately 650
- Plan and execute new product launches and introduce new molecules
- Strengthen existing brands through innovative promotional and lifecycle management strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop a complete sales and marketing team for the division
- Guide and mentor the team to achieve targets and incentive structures
- Own and manage P&L, including budgeting, top-line growth, and bottom-line profitability
- Develop and execute strategic business plans with effective distribution and administrative control
- Ensure high PCPM and overall achievement of business and sales targets
- Drive performance through effective man management and monitoring of execution
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Science or Pharmacy with an MBA in Sales and Marketing
- 20 to 25 years of experience in Pharma Sales and Marketing
- Minimum 45 years handling Acute & Multispecialty business, preferably based at Mumbai HQ
- Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, top-line and bottom-line accountability
- Proven track record in launching new products, introducing new molecules, and executing innovative promotional activities
- Strong strategic planning, execution capability, and administrative control
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop large sales teams and achieve high PCPM
