Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance modules, data migration, tax configuration, budget control, and implementation methodologies. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Tax, and Budgetary Control.
- Perform data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDI templates.
- Configure tax rules, budget controls, and financial reporting based on business requirements.
- Support solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional documents, solution design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration.
- Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Ensure implementation follows Oracle best practices and project methodologies.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including :
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Tax Configuration
- Budgetary Control
- Strong experience in Data Migration using FBDI and ADFDI templates.
- Knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies such as Oracle AIM and Oracle Unified Method (OUM).
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, UAT, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have successfully completed 3 to 4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) as per project requirements.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) or Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with multinational clients or global implementation projects.
- Exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Oracle Fusion certifications are an added advantage.
