Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BTL (Below-the-Line) Sales Executive located in Saket. The BTL Sales Executive will be responsible for executing and managing on-the-ground marketing and sales activities. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, promoting Ayurveda products and services, building relationships with stakeholders, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement. You will also gather feedback to improve sales strategies and meet defined sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field sales and executing on-ground BTL marketing activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to strategize, organize, and execute promotional campaigns effectively
- Knowledge of Ayurveda products or healthcare services is an advantage
- Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and customer feedback
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
