About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized BTL Operations Specialist to manage and execute Below The Line (BTL) marketing activities and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering BTL campaigns, vendor management, and ensuring smooth execution of brand activations and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute BTL marketing campaigns, activations, small scale events, engagement and promotional events.
- Manage end-to-end operational execution for on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders for timely delivery of campaign requirements.
- Handle procurement, logistics, and deployment of branding materials and campaign assets.
- Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and execution quality.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Resolve on-ground operational issues and manage escalations effectively.
- Track campaign performance and share execution reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in BTL Operations / Marketing Operations / Brand Activation.
- Strong experience in vendor management and campaign execution.
- Excellent coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel, if required, for on-ground campaign execution.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or brand-side BTL operations.
- Familiarity with event execution and promotional marketing activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
