About the Role

We are looking for a Flea Market Manager to source vendors, plan and execute society-level flea markets, and drive event revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, onboard, and manage vendors across food, lifestyle, crafts, home décor, and other categories.
• Negotiate vendor commercials and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with RWAs, society committees, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end event execution including booth allocation, setup, layouts, and on-ground coordination.
• Drive event marketing and customer engagement to increase footfall.
• Track event revenue, expenses, collections, and margins.
• Identify new vendors, partnerships, event formats, and revenue opportunities.
• Resolve on-ground issues and ensure smooth event execution.

Requirements

• Experience in events, vendor management, B2B/B2C sales, or community engagement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of vendor commercials and profitability.
• Highly energetic, resourceful, and comfortable with field-based work.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
