Position: Analyst – Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Support compensation benchmarking and market salary analysis.
• Analyze employee compensation data and generate insights for business decisions.
• Work extensively on Excel and HR datasets to create reports and dashboards.
• Assist in payroll management, rewards planning, and annual compensation review processes.
• Support data validation, reporting, and governance activities related to compensation programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on compensation-related initiatives.

Desired Skills

• BE/B.Tech+ MBA from top tier institute.
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Interest in Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.
