Work You'll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated PMO Analyst with strong technical and data capabilities to support the Digital Delivery team within the GES Technology Group. This role sits at the intersection of program management, data analytics, and delivery operations, acting as a key partner to PMO leadership to drive execution, reporting, and process standardization.

This individual will play a critical role in administering Azure DevOps (ADO), building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple workstreams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending process, data, and delivery execution.

Key Job responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with PMO leadership to support day-to-day program operations and governance
  • Track and manage deliverables, timelines, and cross-team dependencies
  • Prepare executive-ready status updates, reporting materials, and insights
  • Serve as an Azure DevOps (ADO) administrator/support for the program
  • Configure and maintain work item structures, boards, and workflows
  • Manage user access, team configurations, and release structures
  • Partner with leadership to evolve ADO processes and governance standards
  • Drive adoption of consistent delivery practices across teams
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track delivery, quality, and performance metrics
  • Integrate data from ADO and other sources to create actionable insights for leadership
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business questions
  • Proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Support design and implementation of future-state delivery processes
  • Translate business requirements into ADO configurations and reporting solutions
  • Continuously improve data models, reporting structures, and workflows
  • Own execution of changes, enhancements, and configuration updates

The Team

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services (GES) Technology Group consultants help multinational clients develop programs, processes and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel and remote working. People within our technology group come from a diverse background – they partner with our go-to-market teams and global clients to solve challenging problems and design experiences and products that anticipate what our Deloitte clients will want and also solutions that keep them compliant with global and local regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2–5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or operations-focused roles
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboard creation, data visualization)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights

Preferred:

  • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project and other collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams
  • Awareness of SSDLC
  • Able to collaborate effectively as part of a global, remote team
  • Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills
  • Strong executive presence, excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with an aptitude for working as part of a global team
  • Problem solving, critical thinking and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments (SAFe or similar frameworks)
  • Prior experience in process design, governance, or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, integrations, or reporting architecture
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools to streamline PMO processes, generate insights from program data, and improve reporting quality and efficiency

Good to have

  • Awareness of SOC 2 standards / Data Privacy standards (GDPR, etc.)
  • Experience of working in a highly regulated technology environment
