Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse based in Mohali district, PB. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including health assessments, developing care plans, administering medication, wound care, and monitoring patient progress. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families about treatment plans and health management and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, health assessments, and care plan development
• Skills in wound care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress
• Exceptional communication and patient education abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
• Experience in home health care or a related field is a plus
• CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of basic medical technologies
