Job Description

This role is for a Branch Sales Manager (BSM) specializing in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) for a leading NBFC. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual responsible for identifying and executing sales growth opportunities, driving channel expansion, and acquiring new accounts to ensure continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Segmentation & Client Acquisition: Segment the market to identify potential direct clients. Approach and generate business by offering customized loan structures that align with client requirements and provide profitable margins for the business.
  • Relationship Building & Sales Target Achievement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the DSA/DST/Connector network to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular meetings and sales calls with prospective clients to source business.
  • Loan Sanctioning & Channel Expansion: Drive faster Turnaround Times (TATs) by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, thereby expanding channel presence and the customer base.
  • Sales Operations & Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales operations and productivity metrics. Contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.
  • Business Initiatives & Contests: Actively participate in initiatives and contests organized by the business team to boost overall sales performance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Graduate Degree.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Strong ability to identify and execute sales growth opportunities.
  • Proven skills in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent understanding of market segmentation and sales operations.
