Business Solutions Group in any bank plays a very vital role in designing, developing and implementing technology enabled solutions which are robust, stable, efficient and scalable. This Unit performs a 360 degrees role in designing solutions which are customer focused, operationally efficient, risk conscious, cost effective and regulatory compliant.

About the Role

This role plays a very critical role in, TcoE BSG Unit to effectively automate critical applications across all BSG verticals, which will result into

1.Faster execution cycle, and reduction of efforts during UAT test phase

2.Reusability of components, frameworks and automation scripts

Key Responsibilities

.To possess complete ownership of the Test Automation within SFDC program space, and then other applications as well

.To analyze the working of SFDC program, prepare the framework on Automation

.Expertise on Qualitia Boson tool, which is exclusively built for SFDC space

.Prepare the framework, scripts and dry runs before handing it over to business team

.All the maintenance and incremental automation as part of the program call

.Collaboration with automation testers, business teams in getting the automation done on time

.Status reporting, data articulation and effective delivery

.Continuous upskilling for self as well as other members

.Basic automation expertise on other areas such as tools, frameworks, setup, data management and so on

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

.Automation Engineer with 5-7 years experience and exclusive expertise on Q-Boson

.Ability to work independently, showing maturity, excellence communication and self-learning ability

.Understanding of overall banking domain

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

Experience

.Experience of working in Q-Boson Automation tool and framework

.Experience of 5-7 years working in Automation

.Experience of worked on Agile/Waterfall methodologies

.Experience to manage the Testing cycles as part of the releases

Knowledge

.Knowledge of Q-Boson Automation tool

.Knowledge of latest technology trends in automation and a knowhow to apply them appropriately

.Knowledge of JIRA & other Automation tools

.Strong Automation skills Project Management and execution skills

.Must be skilled on framework, automation best practices, reusability, estimations and RoI

.Good written and verbal communication skills
