Develop project plans, manage, monitor and report on all project tasks, activities, expectations, controls and deliverables
Experience of managing Data Migration / Data Strategy / Data Analytics projects and programs.
Provide input into business strategies and direction that determine and shape projects and promote efficiencies
Provide consultation and analysis to business stakeholders on requirements for new and existing data strategy.
Work with program managers and the product owners to execute the delivery roadmap for their stakeholders. Participate in all phases of the development life cycle including requirements gathering and analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and continuous service.

Supply accurate project estimates and tightly manage project budget, approved funding, forecasts and actuals

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 12+ years relevant Project Management & BA experience
Proven ability to apply advanced project and program management skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations
Effectively utilize current project planning, reporting and support tools (e.g. project management software)
Insurance or financial services domain knowledge.
Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise
Knowledge of ETL and Datawarehouse concepts and processes
Former technical experience is preferred, such as working with data engineering / science / analytics teams or experience developing and/or deploying
Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected benefits
Outcome oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details
Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and/or technical requirements and processes
Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements
Ability to independently multi-task and manage competing projects and priorities
Strong attention to detail while maintaining big picture view to ensure alignment across disciplines and stakeholder groups
