This is a full-time, on-site role for a Broadcast Manager located in Gurugram. The Broadcast Manager will lead end-to-end esports broadcasting operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing live events. The role involves managing a team of professionals, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality broadcasts, overseeing technical setups, and providing seamless customer experiences during live streams. The Broadcast Manager will also collaborate across teams to implement innovative solutions and ensure compelling content.

• Strong expertise in Broadcasting and a deep understanding of live video production processes
• Demonstrated skills in Team Management and Team Leadership to oversee and support a production team effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure smooth interactions with both teams and audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and deliver results on deadlines
• Prior experience in esports production or event management is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using streaming tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Production, or a related field is preferred
