We're looking for an experienced BRM Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for Oracle BRM. You'll own the migration strategy, implementation, and validation, ensuring legacy data is accurately moved and reconciled.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the BRM data migration strategy and cutover runbook.
- Work hands-on with BRM 12 schema, data modeling, and legacy data mapping.
- Perform data conversion, loading, and integration with north/south bound systems.
- Verify migrated data sanity, including events, invoices, open items, bills, and dunning.
- Write reconciliation scripts and run parallel bill runs/dry runs.
- Conduct performance tests and optimize downtime.
- Produce periodic migration reports with detailed analysis.
- Execute data integrity testing post-migration.
Primary Skills & Mandatory
- Oracle BRM Data Migration Components (CMT, etc.).
- Java (PCM Java, Webservices), C/C++, PL/SQL, Python/Perl scripting.
- Oracle DB (12c/19c).
- Data modeling, conversion techniques, and encrypted data handling.
- SQL (bursting queries), report creation, and reconciliation scripting.
- Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Strong communication & customer-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel.
