Description
Function: Production
Key Stakeholders – Internal: ENGG, STORE, QUALITY, FCC
External: Sales
Educational Qualification: Engineer graduate/ Food Technologist/ Msc Food Science / Msc. Chemistry
Experience: 3-5 years of experience
Desired Competencies
Knowledge on Biscuit Manufacturing process, basic computer knowledge, Man Management skill.
Key Responsibilities
Overall incharge of a third party unit ( CMU operation)
Co ordination with central purchase team for arranging RMPM.
Ensure to meet the production plan
Implementation of BIL quality systems and monitoring of the same
Monitoring and ensuring all regulatory compliances.
Cordination with supply chain team for FG dispatches.
Cordination with R&D team/ Product development team for new product development trials.
Ensuring the commercial SOP compliances
Managing the Britannia assets at the plant location
Ensure end to end quality of finish products and compliance to all process standards.
Ensure overall GMP compliance of the unit.
