We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Principal.
This role is crucial for driving the successful implementation and support of SAP GRC solutions and ensuring robust SAP Security administration.
The candidate will play a key role in our SAP Modernization efforts, working closely with our clients to deliver innovative and secure SAP - End-to-end implementation and support of SAP GRC Access Control modules, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.
- Configure SoD rules, perform risk analysis, and implement mitigation controls and workflows.
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning, Firefighter IDs, and compliance reporting.
- Support audit and compliance activities, collaborating with compliance teams on risk remediation.
- SAP Security administration for ECC and S/4HANA systems, including role and authorization management.
- Conduct SUIM reports, authorization trace, and performance analysis.
- Handle Transport Management and security-related changes, ensuring smooth system updates.
- Experience with Fiori Security is preferred, including knowledge of catalogs, groups, and roles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders - 6+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC, with hands-on expertise in SAP GRC Access Control 10.
- Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and experience in implementation and AMS support projects.
- Knowledge of SoD conflicts, mitigation, and compliance requirements, along with exposure to audit processes.
- Experience with S/4HANA security is highly desirable.
- Good to have: Experience with SAP GRC Process Control or Risk Management, SAP IDM or SAP IAS, and SAP Fiori Launchpad Security.
- Certification in SAP GRC or SAP Security is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively present complex technical information.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting client expectations.
