Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bridge Engineer with expertise in design & drawing, and estimation to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 5- 8 years of experience and a strong background in consultancy services (not site engineering). The candidate must be proficient in drawing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review bridge design drawings, protection and river training works, plans, and estimates.
- Conduct structural analysis and calculations for bridge projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant design codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise in project planning and execution.
- Work closely with clients and government authorities for approvals.
- 3rd party vetting.
- Approval from railways for ROBs/RUBs.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Must have Consultancy Experience.
- 5 - 8years of experience in bridge design and estimation within a consultancy.
- Proficiency in drawing and design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MIDAS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of bridge design standards and codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
