About The Role

The Staff Enterprise Architect for Agentic AI will provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of complex architectural solutions across the enterprise.

This role will also guide projects to ensure alignment with architectural standards and provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise use-cases in the following areas: Agentic AI, GenAI, ML, Data strategies for AI needs. The role will also contribute to the roadmap of enterprise platform(s) used to govern and oversee AI implementations.

Essential Job Functions

• Define architectural guidelines for Agentic AI components and their oversight, AI models including LLMs, RAG implementations, and existing AI platforms within the enterprise. (15%)
• Keep track of business use-cases in the AI area. (5%)
• Keep track of enterprise AI strategic initiatives. (5%)
• Participate in AI governance processes. (10%)
• Perform and participate in research on upcoming AI technologies, their usage patterns and industry impacts. (5%)
• Collaborate with both business and IT function to foster innovation and ensure strategic alignment. (20%)
• Oversee architectural governance and ensure compliance with IT policies. (20%)
• Mentor junior architects and provide thought leadership across the organization. (20%)
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of experience working in Security architecture.
• 2+ years of experience leading AI-related projects.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF Certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect.
• 2+ years of experience in AI-related architecture.
