Senior Marketing Ops Executive I Braze
EU/US shift I Remote
Role Brief: A senior Braze SME who leads complex client engagements, mentors the team, and drives platform strategy, advanced scripting, and omnichannel best practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise advanced Braze solutions: Liquid, Connected Content, APIs
- Multi-channel strategy across email, push, in-app, SMS
- Deliverability, compliance, and email authentication
- Strategic client consulting: lifecycle marketing, journey mapping, personalisation frameworks
- Guide team members and create documentation and training resources
Technical and Functional Skills:
- 4+ years in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Marketing Automation
- Braze Certification — mandatory
- Experience managing high-volume, always-on lifecycle programs
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills
