eClerx is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to Braze as a part of a strategic MarTech transformation for a Fintech client. This role will assess SFMC setup, define scalable architecture, technical roadmap, design customer data flows, and enable seamless integration of Braze with the existing MarTech ecosystem across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate brings deep MarTech expertise and strong data architecture knowledge, with an ability to make critical decisions about API integrations, data modeling, and whether certain legacy functionalities can be replicated or need alternative approaches in Braze.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the solution architecture and technical roadmap for Braze migration
- Assess current SFMC data architecture and design migration strategy to Braze
- Design data architecture including ETL pipelines, schema, events, and attributes
- Establish and optimize customer data flows (real-time and batch)
- Develop segmentation strategies for personalized marketing use cases
- Lead integrations with existing MarTech stack (AEM, GCP, analytics platforms, and other MarTech tools)
- Design and oversee REST API integrations and data exchange frameworks
- Evaluate replication of SFMC capabilities in Braze and propose alternatives where needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC, Middle East and Emerging Markets and provide scalable technical solutions
Core Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / MarTech domain
- Strong hands-on expertise in Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Deep knowledge of data modeling (ETL, pipelines, schema design, events, attributes, data types)
- Experience designing customer data flows and segmentation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with MarTech integrations (AEM, GCP, analytics platforms)
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs and system integrations
- Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred Skills
- Braze Certified Technical Architect is a plus
- Experience in MarTech transformation / migration programs
- Exposure to Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and event-driven architectures
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regional regulations
- Experience working with multi-markets/global stakeholders
