We are seeking an experienced Senior Branding & PR Manager to lead our comprehensive branding and public relations initiatives. This role bridges internal brand strategy with external client engagements, managing our corporate brand identity while overseeing branding efforts across our captive commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic marketing mindset combined with hands-on PR expertise and proven experience in both eCommerce and banking sectors.
Internal Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy for the company, ensuring consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and market positioning as well for the client
Create and maintain brand guidelines covering visual identity, tone of voice, messaging architecture, and brand standards across all touchpoints
Conduct brand audits and market research to assess brand positioning, competitive landscape, and consumer perception
Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends to inform strategic adjustments
Lead brand positioning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and company values
Manage Customer Capital's website and social media handles positioning Customer Capital as a thought leader and expert in the Loyalty domain
Multi-Staac Branding
Direct branding initiatives for all Staacs: Customer Capital currently has Tripstaac Travel bookings (flights & hotels), Shopstaac E-commerce & home goods, Giftstaac Gifting vouchers, EGVs and MyStacc which is the hub for personalization and acts as a point of ingress for all our staccs. There will be more such staccs that will be developed in the future.
Develop customized brand strategies for clients, translating their business objectives into compelling brand narratives
Create brand positioning statements, value propositions, and differentiators for both internal stacks and client portfolios
Ensure brand consistency across all staccs and client engagements through regular audits and stakeholder alignment
Public Relations & Communications
Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market positioning for the company and client brands
Write and distribute press releases, media statements, and thought leadership articles
Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers
Manage crisis communications and brand reputation through proactive monitoring and rapid response protocols
Coordinate brand awareness activations, events, sponsorships, and press conferences
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to integrate brand strategies into campaigns, product launches, and business initiatives
Collaborate with external agencies (creative, media, digital) to execute brand campaigns and PR initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams across all stacks to ensure brand governance and consistency
Present brand strategies, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
Campaign Template Development
Conceptualize and oversee the creation of a library of communication templates centerally for each stacc such that they can be adapted and localized as per the brand guidelines of each client
Bring innovative ideas to make communication effective
Be the voice of the customer to ensure that all communication templates are customer centric and communicate clearly the benefit that the customer gets and the value proposition that we have to offer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Branding, or a related field
7-8 years of professional experience in branding, PR, marketing communications, or brand management
Proven experience in eCommerce (brand building, digital consumer behavior, marketplace strategies) OR of handling banking client
Agency background (strategic account management, multi-client experience, campaign execution)
Expertise in brand strategy development, including brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks
Demonstrated PR capabilities: press release writing, media relations, crisis communications, thought leadership development
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously or multi-brand portfolios
Strong portfolio showcasing successful branding and PR campaigns from previous roles
Work Environment & Location
Office Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Travel: Minimal travel may be required for client meetings and brand events
