Branding & Marketing OfficerHiWox

Location: Bhubaneswar (Hybrid: Initial Remote + On-Site)

Type: Founding Team Opportunity (Equity + Compensation)

Compensation: ₹20,000/month (Post-Alignment Phase)

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred

About HiWox

HiWox is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on preventive wellness, physical wellness, mental wellness, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, and sustainable human performance.

We are not building another fitness company, wellness app, healthcare startup, or coaching platform.

Our vision is to create scalable transformation systems that help people improve their health, wellbeing, productivity, lifestyle habits, and quality of life through a combination of wellness science, accountability, technology, and human support.

We believe the biggest challenge in wellness today is not lack of information.

The challenge is implementation, consistency, accountability, and behavior change.

This is where HiWox aims to create meaningful impact.

About This Opportunity

This is not a conventional marketing job.

We are looking for someone who wants to help build HiWox from the ground level and is willing to take calculated risks for long-term ownership, learning, and impact.

At this stage, we are focused on building a strong execution-oriented founding team before aggressively scaling the business.

We already have a growing team of equity-based contributors working remotely and part-time. This role is different.

We are looking for someone who can eventually become a key part of the company's growth journey and help shape the future of the HiWox brand.

What We Expect1. Builder Mindset

A genuine desire to learn how startups are built and scaled over the next 5–7 years.

2. Ownership Mentality

Ability to take responsibility, solve problems, and execute independently without constant supervision.

3. Risk Appetite

Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment where uncertainty, experimentation, and learning are part of the journey.

4. Long-Term Thinking

Interested in creating long-term value rather than focusing only on short-term compensation.

5. Relocation Readiness

Open to relocating to Bhubaneswar after the initial remote evaluation phase if both sides decide to continue.

Engagement StructurePhase 1: Remote Alignment & Evaluation (Month 1)

Before making any long-term commitment, we believe both sides should have the opportunity to understand each other thoroughly.

During the first month:

  1. You will work remotely with the founder and core team.
  2. You will participate in branding, marketing, growth, partnership, and execution discussions.
  3. You will gain a deeper understanding of the HiWox vision, business model, market opportunity, and company culture.
  4. We will evaluate your ownership mindset, execution capability, communication style, and long-term alignment.
  5. You will have the opportunity to evaluate whether this journey is genuinely right for you.

The objective of this phase is mutual alignment.

Phase 2: Immersion & On-Ground Execution (Month 2)

If both parties decide to move forward:

  1. You will relocate to Bhubaneswar and work closely with the founder and core team.
  2. You will participate in strategic discussions, partnerships, customer interactions, and growth initiatives.
  3. This phase allows deeper collaboration and helps both sides understand how effectively we can build together.
  4. Food support can be provided near our operational location.
Phase 3: Formal Founding Team Engagement

After successful completion of the alignment and immersion phases:

  1. Formal engagement begins through a structured cohort/founding team agreement.
  2. Monthly support compensation of ₹20,000 will be provided.
  3. Equity participation and long-term ownership structure will be discussed based on contribution, commitment, responsibility, and long-term involvement.
  4. Future compensation growth will be linked to business performance, revenue growth, and company expansion.

The support amount is intended to help sustain committed builders while we collectively create long-term value.

• Define and strengthen the HiWox brand identity

• Build a differentiated positioning in the wellness space

• Create and maintain consistent brand communication

• Establish HiWox as a trusted transformation-focused brand

2. Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies

• Build lead-generation and growth systems

• Drive digital and offline marketing initiatives

• Identify innovative growth opportunities

3. Content & Storytelling

• Create compelling wellness-focused narratives

• Build educational and awareness-driven campaigns

• Support founder branding initiatives

• Develop content ecosystems that build trust and engagement

4. Partnerships & Community Building

• Build relationships with corporates, gyms, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and wellness communities

• Create strategic collaborations and partnerships

• Build ambassador and referral programs

• Expand brand visibility and community engagement
