Job Description

Brand & Communications Associate

Location: Mumbai

We are hiring a professional to own the firm's presentations, communication materials, and coordination with external branding, marketing, and PR agencies.

This is a high-trust, execution-heavy role. You will work closely with senior leadership and act as the internal point of coordination for external partners. Quality, follow-through, and clarity are non-negotiable.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Presentations & Client Material

  • Own all client-facing decks, pitches, proposals, and presentations
  • Convert raw inputs into clear, structured, and well-formatted slides
  • Maintain presentation templates, brand consistency, and version control

Branding & Design Execution

  • Handle basic design work using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Ensure visual discipline across decks, documents, and communication
  • Review and quality-check design outputs from external agencies

Agency Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day coordination point with external branding, marketing, and PR agencies
  • Share briefs, consolidate feedback, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables
  • Ensure agency outputs align with the firm's brand and quality expectations

Social Media & Leadership Communication

  • Manage LinkedIn communication for the firm and select members of the management team
  • Draft posts based on approved themes and leadership inputs
  • Read extensively and track industry developments to create informed, relevant content
  • Maintain discretion while handling leadership communication

This Role Is For You If

  • You have up to 4-5 years of experience
  • You are strong at PowerPoint and care about presentation quality
  • You can manage multiple stakeholders and follow through
  • You write clean, correct English
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven

This Role Is NOT For You If

  • You want a purely creative or social-media-only role
  • You dislike coordination, follow-ups, and revisions
  • You struggle with structure, formatting, or precision
  • You are uncomfortable working with senior stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (non-negotiable)
  • Basic design sense and visual judgement
  • Strong written & oral communication
  • Canva, MS Office, and LinkedIn familiarity
  • Ability to coordinate with external vendors professionally
