Location: Bhubaneswar (On-ground + Strategic Role)

About Kefilo

Kefilo is building a next-generation, science-backed meal and transformation ecosystem, going beyond traditional food delivery. Our focus is on complete transformation journeys (weight loss, clinical nutrition, lifestyle correction) through structured meal systems, smart kiosks, doctor collaborations, and scalable distribution models.

Over the next 6–8 months, we aim to:

  • Build strong product-market fit in transformation-based nutrition
  • Launch and scale cloud kitchen + kiosk models
  • Establish doctor and institutional collaborations
  • Create a premium, trust-driven brand in wellness
Equity Structure (Important)

This is a core, equity-based role with long-term ownership.

  • 3–4 rounds of discussion to align on vision, execution, and expectations
  • 1-month cohort under NDA to evaluate working compatibility
  • Cofounder/Leadership agreement post evaluation
  • Equity allocation post funding and Pvt. Ltd. registration
  • 5-year vesting structure
  • Fixed compensation begins after funding
  • You will be part of building a 25+ strong equity-driven core team
Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of operations, brand execution, and on-ground scaling.

You will be responsible for building, standardizing, and scaling Kefilo's operations, while ensuring that every customer touchpoint reflects a premium, transformation-driven brand experience.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Operations Setup & Scaling
  • Build and manage daily operations across cloud kitchens, meal systems, and future kiosks
  • Standardize processes for meal production, packaging, delivery, and quality control
  • Ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all operational units
2. Brand-Led Operations Execution
  • Translate brand vision into real-world experiences (packaging, delivery, service quality)
  • Ensure every operational touchpoint reflects a premium, scientific, and trust-driven identity
  • Work closely with marketing to align on-ground experience with digital positioning
3. Vendor, Supply Chain & Partnerships
  • Build and manage vendor networks (raw materials, packaging, logistics)
  • Optimize cost without compromising quality and brand perception
  • Handle partnerships with kitchens, hospitals, and institutional clients
4. Kiosk & Expansion Model Execution
  • Lead execution of smart kiosks and offline expansion models
  • Standardize systems for replication and franchising in future
  • Identify high-potential locations and operational frameworks for scale
5. Customer Experience & Retention Systems
  • Build systems for feedback, retention, and transformation tracking
  • Ensure high satisfaction across subscription-based users
  • Solve operational bottlenecks impacting customer journeys
6. Team Building & Leadership
  • Hire, train, and manage on-ground operational teams
  • Build a culture of ownership, efficiency, and brand alignment
  • Act as a core leadership member driving execution on ground
Who Should Apply
  • 5+ years experience in operations + branding (F&B, D2C, or wellness preferred)
  • Strong understanding of scaling operations with a brand-first mindset
  • Experience in building systems from scratch (01 or 110 stage)
  • Ability to handle on-ground execution + strategic thinking simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and long-term vision
