We are looking for a highly skilled Branding and Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing and managing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies to position the company effectively in the market.

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape.

Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.

Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms, materials and websites.

Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Work closely with sales and presales team to create marketing materials such as company deck, whiteboards, PPC ads, etc.
