Kefilo is building a human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, lifestyle redesign, accountability systems, mental wellness, and sustainable human performance.
We are not building a conventional food delivery company, cloud kitchen, or healthy meal brand.
Our goal is to create scalable wellness and transformation systems that help individuals improve their health, energy, productivity, wellbeing, and long-term quality of life.
As we move from validation to growth, branding and marketing will play a critical role in defining how people perceive Kefilo and how we differentiate ourselves in a crowded wellness market.

Role: Branding & Marketing Officer
Location: Bhubaneswar (On-Site)
Type: Leadership Role
Compensation: 20,000 per month initially
Equity: Available based on contribution, ownership, and long-term commitment
About The Opportunity
This is not a conventional marketing position.
We are looking for someone who can help build the brand, shape the narrative, create awareness, and execute growth initiatives from the ground level.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment, taking ownership, experimenting with ideas, and helping create a category-defining wellness brand.
First Month Evaluation Period
We believe long-term partnerships should be built through execution rather than interviews alone.
The selected candidate will spend the first month in Bhubaneswar working closely with the founder and core team to understand:
- The vision and long-term roadmap
- Customer segments and transformation programs
- Brand positioning and communication strategy
- Market opportunities and challenges
- Company culture and execution style
Candidates will be expected to arrange their own accommodation and living expenses during this period.
This month serves as a mutual evaluation phase for both parties.
Compensation & Equity Structure
After Successful Completion Of The Evaluation Phase
- Formal engagement begins
- Monthly compensation of 20,000 will be provided
- Additional compensation may be introduced based on business growth and performance
- Equity participation will be discussed based on contribution, ownership, leadership capability, and long-term commitment
We are looking for individuals who prioritize long-term value creation over short-term compensation.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Build and refine the overall brand identity of Kefilo
- Develop positioning that differentiates Kefilo from conventional food and wellness brands
- Ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Content & Storytelling
- Lead content strategy across social media, digital platforms, and community channels
- Develop educational, wellness-focused, and transformation-oriented storytelling
- Coordinate content creation, campaigns, podcasts, and brand assets
- Growth & Community Building
- Execute customer acquisition and awareness initiatives
- Build influencer, partner, and community relationships
- Drive engagement through both online and offline channels
- Marketing Execution
- Plan and execute campaigns, events, partnerships, and activation initiatives
- Track performance and optimize marketing efforts
- Work closely with founders on growth-related priorities
Who Should Apply
- 3–5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, growth, or communications
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and storytelling
- Experience with digital marketing and content ecosystems
- Comfortable working in startup environments
- Strong execution and ownership mindset
- Passion for wellness, nutrition, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors
- Willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar during the initial evaluation phase
