Position Title: Branding and Marketing Executive

Location: Chennai, India

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

The company's large scale multi development project includes clubs, hotels, event spaces, educational, commercial, and residential complexes across India and Maldives.

Job Summary:

The Branding and Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and executing branding and marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to ensure consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding Strategy:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the organization's vision and goals.
  2. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
  3. Conduct regular brand audits to monitor and enhance brand performance and perception.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align branding initiatives with organizational objectives.

Marketing Campaigns:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
  2. Create compelling content for advertisements, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
  3. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
  4. Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve future strategies.

Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  2. Monitor industry developments and recommend new approaches to branding and marketing.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend data-driven adjustments.

Content Creation and Management:

  1. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional videos.
  2. Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment in all materials.
  3. Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms to reflect current campaigns and brand values.

Public Relations and Partnerships:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners.
  2. Manage press releases, media coverage, and public relations initiatives to boost brand visibility.
  3. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and recognition.

Event Marketing

  1. Plan and execute branding initiatives at trade shows, exhibitions, and other corporate events.
  2. Design event-specific marketing materials and promotions to engage target audiences effectively.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
