The Branding & Online Marketing Head leads online growth, brand visibility, and revenue for a D2C brand by owning performance marketing, brand marketing, CRM, and analytics across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding
- Develop and execute overall brand strategy and positioning
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, offline, packaging, and communication
- Lead ATL, BTL, and TTL campaigns
- Oversee creative direction, storytelling, and brand guidelines
- Manage influencer, PR, and brand collaborations
Digital Marketing
- Own digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, SEO, marketplaces, and social media
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and ROAS
- Plan and manage performance marketing budgets
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize funnels
- Lead CRM, email, WhatsApp, and remarketing initiatives
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor marketing, performance, content, and design teams
- Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights
- Present marketing reports and growth strategies to leadership
Key Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
- Deep understanding of D2C unit economics
- Expertise in Shopify / D2C tech stack
- Data-driven decision making (GA4, attribution tools)
- Leadership & team-building skills
- Experience scaling brands from 1 Cr to 50+ Cr ARR
