JOB DESCRIPTION Branding Analyst (Branding & Communications)

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Branding Analyst who can strengthen our brand identity, elevate our corporate presence, and contribute to building a world-class employer brand. This role will work closely with Branding lead, HR and Leadership teams to create impactful digital narratives and engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Positioning & Strategy

  • Contribute ideas and insights to strengthen our employer brand positioning.
  • Assist in executing brand plans aligned with global brand guidelines.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance brand perception across external channels.

2. Brand Management & Effectiveness

  • Manage brand assets and ensure consistent usage across platforms.
  • Track and analyze brand effectiveness using relevant metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure compliance with corporate frameworks.

3. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Draft, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with organizational tone and style.
  • Support storytelling through leadership messages and campaign narratives.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coordinate actions, meetings, and events that support branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for internal and external communication activities.
  • Assist in creating materials that strengthen stakeholder understanding and engagement.

Skills & Competencies

Verbal Communication

  • Ability to articulate ideas, present plans, and convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Works independently and offers guidance when needed.

Interpersonal Communication & Relationship Management

  • Demonstrates strong relationship-building capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensures trust, collaboration, and customer value perception.
  • Communicates successes, challenges, and contributes meaningfully to team goals.

Brand Management & Development

  • Experience in brand identity, brand monitoring, and brand strategy execution.
  • Works with confidence on brand-building initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, branding, social media management.
  • Strong command of English - written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with a structured approach to storytelling.
  • Experience in managing digital platforms (LinkedIn, social media tools).
