JOB DESCRIPTION Branding Analyst (Branding & Communications)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Branding Analyst who can strengthen our brand identity, elevate our corporate presence, and contribute to building a world-class employer brand. This role will work closely with Branding lead, HR and Leadership teams to create impactful digital narratives and engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Positioning & Strategy
- Contribute ideas and insights to strengthen our employer brand positioning.
- Assist in executing brand plans aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance brand perception across external channels.
2. Brand Management & Effectiveness
- Manage brand assets and ensure consistent usage across platforms.
- Track and analyze brand effectiveness using relevant metrics and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure compliance with corporate frameworks.
3. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage day-to-day social media presence across LinkedIn and other channels.
- Draft, edit, and publish high-quality content aligned with organizational tone and style.
- Support storytelling through leadership messages and campaign narratives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate actions, meetings, and events that support branding initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for internal and external communication activities.
- Assist in creating materials that strengthen stakeholder understanding and engagement.

- Experience in brand identity, brand monitoring, and brand strategy execution.
- Works with confidence on brand-building initiatives with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 23 years of experience in branding, corporate communications, branding, social media management.
- Strong command of English - written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a structured approach to storytelling.
- Experience in managing digital platforms (LinkedIn, social media tools).
