- Translate Upila's success stories, case studies, culture, and expertise into powerful brand content.
- Support employer branding through hiring posts, culture stories, and internal communication assets.
Social Media Management (Organic Only)- Develop and execute monthly content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create or coordinate high-quality content: reels, posts, carousels, thought leadership pieces.
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, DMs, and audience interactions.
- Monitor social trends and adapt content formats that align with Upila's brand.
Content Creation & Storytelling- Write compelling content for:
- Social media
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Website pages
- Newsletters
- Work closely with internal teams to extract insights, achievements, and updates for content.
Internal Marketing- Showcase client wins, milestones, new partnerships, and Upila achievements.
- Build BD-support content (pitch decks, intro slides, success story snippets).
- Collaborate with HR on employer branding content and internal culture messaging.
Content Production: Video, Script & Creative Direction
- Create short-form and long-form videos for social media (reels, explainers, expert clips, brand stories).
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and narrative flow for videos featuring team members or client success stories.
- Coordinate with remote team members to capture raw footage and guide them on recording standards
- Work with video editors to ensure brand-quality output.
Presentation & Communication Skills- Build high-quality presentations, decks, and internal/external communication assets.
- Translate complex information into clear, visually appealing slides (case studies, pitch decks, brand updates).
- Confidently present content ideas, social media plans, and brand strategies to leadership.
Website & SEO Support- Plan and coordinate website updates, including new pages, blogs, and content refreshes.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all website assets.
Required Skills & Experience- 25 years experience in social media, content marketing, brand communication, or MarCom.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Ability to plan, create, and publish content independently.
- Good understanding of social media formats, reels, and engagement tactics.
- Basic design understanding (Canva/Figma) preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in marketing agencies is a plus.
