About This OpportunityThis is not a conventional marketing job.
We are looking for someone who wants to help build HiWox from the ground level and is willing to take calculated risks for long-term ownership, learning, and impact.
At this stage, we are focused on building a strong execution-oriented founding team before aggressively scaling the business.
We already have a growing team of equity-based contributors working remotely and part-time. This role is different.
We are looking for someone who can eventually become a key part of the company's growth journey and help shape the future of the HiWox brand.

5. Relocation ReadinessOpen to relocating to Bhubaneswar after the initial remote evaluation phase if both sides decide to continue.

2. Marketing & Growth• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
• Build lead-generation and growth systems
• Drive digital and offline marketing initiatives
• Identify innovative growth opportunities
3. Content & Storytelling• Create compelling wellness-focused narratives
• Build educational and awareness-driven campaigns
• Support founder branding initiatives
• Develop content ecosystems that build trust and engagement
4. Partnerships & Community Building• Build relationships with corporates, gyms, healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and wellness communities
• Create strategic collaborations and partnerships
• Build ambassador and referral programs
• Expand brand visibility and community engagement
