We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Visualizer who can take ownership of the visual identity of multiple brands and ensure consistency across every customer touchpoint.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & Visual Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand identity across social media, websites, e-commerce marketplaces, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and implement visual guidelines covering colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and design elements.
- Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's positioning and objectives.
Social Media Planning & Creative Strategy
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars for assigned brands.
- Plan content themes, campaign ideas, product highlights, engagement posts, seasonal content, and trend-based creatives.
- Work closely with content writers and account managers to define what content should be published for each brand.
- Create and supervise visual concepts for social media campaigns and ongoing communication.
Creative Design & Execution
- Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create static posts, carousel creatives, banners, advertisements, infographics, and promotional content.
- Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines while remaining visually engaging and platform-appropriate.
E-commerce & Marketplace Branding
- Design product listing images, A+ content, storefront creatives, banners, and infographics for marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Improve visual presentation of products to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
- Ensure marketplace assets remain aligned with overall brand identity.
Website & Digital Experience
- Design website banners, landing page visuals, promotional graphics, and digital assets.
- Work with developers and marketing teams to maintain a cohesive online brand experience.
Photoshoots & Content Production
- Plan creative requirements for product and lifestyle shoots.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external creative partners.
- Select and curate images that best represent the brand's visual language.
Desired Skills
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Excellent design skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
- Understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
- Experience in e-commerce creative design and digital marketing assets.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, brand management, or creative strategy.
- Prior experience with consumer, lifestyle, home, furniture, cookware, or D2C brands will be an advantage.

Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Creative Strategy
Salary
- ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience and portfolio)
