About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Marketing Lead who can blend strategic thinking with hands-onexecution across campaigns and social media. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and performance. Ideal for someone who understands how to build a brand while driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand campaigns from insight and ideation to execution and analysis
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital channels (social, content, influencer, etc.)
- Work closely with design, content, and performance teams to bring campaigns to life
- Own the brand voice and messaging consistency across platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant
- Collaborate with external partners/agencies when required
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in brand marketing / campaign strategy / social media
- Strong understanding of digital-first brand building
- Proven experience managing campaigns and social media end-to-end
- Ability to think strategically but also execute independently
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup/agency experience is a plus)
